购买、激活与更新

Wallo 的商品价为一次性 8 美元，永久使用、最多激活 2 台 Mac，包含未来更新；税额及最终应付以 Lemon Squeezy 结账页为准。无需 Wallo 账号。当前安装包面向 Apple Silicon Mac，最低 macOS 13。

在激活页面点击“购买 · 8 美元”，于浏览器完成结账，再把购买邮件中的完整授权码粘贴到 Wallo 并点击“激活本机”。首次激活需要联网。付款页面跳转不会直接解锁应用。如果显示“购买暂未开放”，这个构建尚无有效发行配置，请联系发行方，不要重复购买。

激活后，可通过 macOS 顶部 Wallo 菜单中的“授权与更新…”查看最近验证时间、重新验证、下载更新或停用本机。下载更新会打开发行方配置的下载页，由你下载安装，不是后台自动安装。正常重启和版本更新复用同一个设备实例，不重新占用名额。

已验证的本机可日常离线使用。新激活及停用需要联网；服务明确告知授权失效后，应用会返回授权页面。本机目标和待办不会因验证失败而删除。

两台 Mac 和换机

设备名额已满时，先在另一台 Mac 的授权管理中选择“停用本机授权”。停用成功后才能把名额用于新 Mac。无法访问旧 Mac 时请通过支持邮箱提供订单号和购买邮箱，请发行方核对名额。

如果上一次激活被中断，应用会提示结果不确定，并暂停再次激活，避免重复占用。先联系支持核对远端记录，再按提示清除本机失效记录。清除本机记录不等于释放服务器名额。把 Mac 数据迁移到另一台机器后，旧授权记录不会自动解锁新机器；请重新激活新 Mac。

窗口与待办

激活后点击“新目标”，创建正在做的事；在目标中添加待办，点击状态圆圈依次切换未完成、进行中、已完成。拖动窗口卡片到目标，或通过添加窗口菜单搜索、多选现有窗口。

在“系统设置 → 隐私与安全性”允许 Wallo 使用屏幕录制和辅助功能。系统版本不同，屏幕录制名称可能显示为“屏幕与系统音频录制”；Wallo 不使用麦克风。授权后刷新窗口或按系统提示退出重开。

双击 Command 呼出面板；方向键选择并展开目标，空格进入窗口层，再次空格聚焦窗口，Esc 返回目标层。工作面板中的方向键会结束待办输入并转为导航。授权表单及其管理弹层的按键不会转发给后台看板。

没有预览时检查屏幕录制权限；最小化、受保护或不支持捕获的窗口可能无法预览。点不开窗口时检查辅助功能权限并刷新；Wallo 拒绝不唯一的窗口匹配。窗口关闭再打开后可能获得新系统 ID，需要重新分组；应用不会重开已关闭窗口或恢复完整桌面会话。

目标看似消失时，检查隐藏没有未完成待办目标的开关；该过滤不删除数据。顶部语言菜单支持中文、English、日本語、한국어、Français 和 Deutsch。

提供 Wallo/macOS 版本、复现步骤和具体错误提示。购买问题提供订单号和购买邮箱即可；不要发送完整授权码、密码、银行卡或身份证件。截图请先遮盖其他应用和个人内容。请勿把清空系统偏好或删除钥匙串作为普通问题的第一步；删除目标会连同其待办一起删除。

Purchase, activation and updates

Wallo costs US$8 once for lifetime use on up to two Macs, including future updates. Taxes and the final amount appear at Lemon Squeezy checkout. No Wallo account is required. The current build supports Apple Silicon Macs running macOS 13 or later.

Choose Buy · US$8 on the activation screen, finish checkout in your browser, and paste the complete key from your purchase email into Wallo. First activation requires Internet. Returning from checkout alone does not unlock the app. A “Purchasing is not available yet” message means this build lacks valid release configuration; contact the publisher instead of buying again.

After activation, choose License & Updates in the macOS Wallo menu to see the last verification, verify again, download an update or deactivate this Mac. Download updates opens the publisher’s configured download page for manual installation. Restarts and normal version updates reuse the existing activation instance.

A previously verified Mac can work offline. New activation and deactivation require Internet. An explicit invalid-license result returns the app to activation without deleting goals or tasks.

Two Macs and transfers

If both slots are used, deactivate the old Mac through its license panel before activating a replacement. If the old Mac is unavailable, send the order number and purchase email to support for a slot review.

An interrupted activation may have consumed a slot. Wallo pauses another attempt until you can ask support to check, then clear the unusable local record when appropriate. Clearing local data does not itself release a server slot. Migrating a Mac’s data does not automatically unlock another Mac; activate the new device separately.

Windows and tasks

After activation, create a goal, add tasks and click their status circles to cycle through Todo, In progress and Completed. Drag window cards into a goal or search and select existing windows in the add-window menu.

Allow Screen Recording and Accessibility in System Settings → Privacy & Security. Some macOS versions call the former Screen & System Audio Recording; Wallo does not use the microphone. Refresh or reopen the app when the system requests it.

Press and release Command twice to reveal Wallo. Arrow keys select and expand goals, Space enters window selection and then focuses a selected window, and Esc returns to the goal layer. On the work board, arrow keys end task editing and navigate. License forms and their management sheet do not forward those keys to the underlying board.

Missing previews can result from permission settings, minimization, protected content or capture restrictions. If focusing fails, check Accessibility and refresh; Wallo rejects ambiguous matches. Reopened windows may receive new system IDs and need reassignment. Wallo does not reopen closed windows or restore a full desktop session.

If a goal seems missing, check the hide-goals-without-unfinished-tasks setting. This filter does not delete data. Use the language menu for Chinese, English, Japanese, Korean, French or German.

Contact support

Include the Wallo/macOS versions, reproduction steps and exact displayed error. For a purchase issue, include the order number and purchase email, not a complete license key, password, card details or identity document. Redact private content in screenshots. Do not reset preferences or delete Keychain items as a first troubleshooting step. Deleting a goal also deletes its tasks.
